By using PrettySports ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
PrettySports is a fitness goal tracking app that connects to Strava to sync your activity data and display progress through iOS widgets. The App is provided free of charge.
You sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings within the App.
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the API, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
The App integrates with Strava. Your use of Strava is governed by Strava's Terms of Service. PrettySports is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava.
The App, its design, and its content are the property of PrettySports. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that activity data from Strava will always be accurate or available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrettySports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
