What we collect

PrettySports collects only the data necessary to provide the service:

• Apple ID identifier — to create and authenticate your account.
• Email address — only if you share it during Sign in with Apple. Used solely for account recovery.
• Strava activity data — synced from your Strava account (activity names, distances, durations, elevation, calories). We only read activity summaries; we never access GPS tracks, photos, or social data.
• Goals you create — sport type, target, time period, and theme preferences.
• Device push token — to send background sync notifications. We do not send marketing notifications.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Calculate progress toward your fitness goals.
• Display widgets on your home screen.
• Keep your activities in sync via background refresh.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.

Third-party services

We integrate with Strava via their official API. When you connect Strava, you authorize PrettySports to read your activity data according to Strava's OAuth permissions. You can revoke access at any time from your Strava settings or from within PrettySports.

Data storage

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in the EU. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the client app beyond the initial authentication flow.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings > Delete Account & Data. Upon deletion, all your data (account, goals, activities, connections, and device tokens) is permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Children's privacy

PrettySports is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
